Under the Texas Admin. Code 87.43, A Notary Public is prohibited by law to act in the capacity of an attorney, give advice in preparing legal documents, issue identification cards, distribute confidential information or perform any notatarial act unless the signer is present.

Uncertified copy of an entry from a notary's record book, per page

All notarial acts not provided for

Escrow and Real Estate Closings Charges

Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included)

Mileage fee per mile, after first 15 miles

Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages
